What is WeeGo Trips?
WeeGo is a group travel app for planning a trip together, voting on the details, splitting the cost fairly with everyone paying their own share, and giving back to the places you visit.
Is the WeeGo group travel app available yet?

How do group payments work?
Each traveler sees what they owe and pays their own share based on the trip’s booking schedule. That may include a deposit, a final balance, or separately approved activities added later. WeeGo is designed so the organizer does not have to front the group’s cost and chase everyone for repayment.
We are also exploring optional pay-over-time through third-party payment partners for eligible trips and travelers.
Is it free to join?
Yes. Joining the traveler waitlist and the vendor waitlist is completely free while we build.
How does the group make decisions?
Everyone votes on dates, stays, and plans. Choose Democracy for group consensus or Dictatorship when someone just needs to make the call. WeeGo AI can also draft a first itinerary from your vibe and budget.
What does “give back” mean?
WeeGo lets you round up your payments to support the destinations you visit, so every trip does a little good. That is the WeeGo promise: Go Together, Give Back.
How is WeeGo different from Venmo or a spreadsheet?
Venmo settles up after someone has already paid, and a spreadsheet only tracks who owes what. WeeGo shows each person’s share up front, collects what is due on the booking schedule, and keeps the group’s payment status in one place, so the organizer never fronts the booking and no one spends the trip chasing money.

Why do group trips fall apart?
Three reasons come up again and again: nobody wants to front the money, the plan gets scattered across group chats, and there’s no real commitment until someone pays. 76% of group trips never make it out of the group chat, and most travelers say they’ve absorbed more than their share just to avoid a money fight. WeeGo fixes all three by putting the plan, the vote, and the money in one place, with each share clear, tracked, and paid when the booking requires it.
Does WeeGo front the money?
No. WeeGo never lends or advances anything, and the organizer should not have to either. Each traveler pays their own share on the trip’s booking schedule: a deposit to lock the booking, then the balance before the trip. WeeGo tracks who has paid and nudges who has not, so the organizer’s card stays out of it, and so does ours.
